OmniBrowse ("the Extension") is a browser automation tool that connects a web browser to a locally running MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. This privacy policy describes how the Extension handles user data.
The Extension does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data, browsing history, or usage analytics with any third party.
The Extension stores the following data locally on your device using chrome.storage.local:
This data never leaves your device.
The Extension communicates exclusively with a local MCP server running on your own machine (127.0.0.1). No data is sent to any external server.
The Extension receives JavaScript code from the local MCP server and executes it in the context of web pages you visit. This code originates entirely from the MCP server on your machine and is not loaded from any external source.
The Extension does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
